Here at Royal Rat Rescue, we do our best to accept all surrender requests that we come across. We accept both aggressive and skittish rats, and we can accept most rats with medical problems, although there are some exceptions. When in doubt, feel free to contact us with any questions.

When you surrender to RRR, we'll provide you with updates as your rat spends time in our rescue, including when they are adopted, and as long as the adopter permits it, the adopters contact information. Rest assured that we require our adopters to fill out an extensive questionnaire before being considered to adopt so we can assure that our rats go to only the best homes.

We here at RRR also understand it's quite emotional, having to surrender an animal, and we're here for you while you go through the process.
